B1 — Ticker headline → CL-A-003 v4 verbatim
Current (broken English — verb missing):

Replace with the locked CL-A-003 v4 form:
THE INSTRUMENT DOES WITH WORDS WHAT BANKERS DO WITH SPREADSHEETS.
Keep the existing ticker-positioning styling — all caps, bold, gold accent separators on either side. Two-channel ticker structure unchanged. Source of truth: Canonical_Lines_Master_List_for_Bob_v1_2026-06-01_1130.md § B item 16. Single replacement, line ~1475 of v0.47 source.
B2 — Cabinet → render all 26 artefact canonical lines
Current: Cabinet renders 8 artefact canonical lines, with a footnote naming the other 18 as "not surfaced in the Cabinet at Stage One ship."
Ratified instruction (Paul, 1 June 2026): "we can accept them all - dont leave any not included." Cabinet expands to all 26 ratified artefact lines.
What to do:
- Source the 26 lines verbatim from
Canonical_Lines_Master_List_for_Bob_v1_2026-06-01_1130.md § B (items 1 through 26). Voice preservation absolute — xlaiminf, didnt, no apostrophes where absent in source, 15 nov 2006 lowercase, all typos held.
- Render in the same matrix format as the current eight (
ds-table cl-table cl-artefact). Same three-column layout: cl-num · cl-line-cell · cl-meta. Same styling.
- All 26 carry the LOCKED badge (green) except CL-A-003 v3 which carries the SUPERSEDED badge (warm grey) per master list § B item 14: "Both forms retained in the Cabinet — Bob shows v3 with 'SUPERSEDED 2026-05-30' badge and v4 as LOCKED." CL-A-003 v4 (item 16) carries LOCKED.
- Order — chronological per the master list, starting with CL-A-005 (its 2006 original date placing it first), through CL-A-004 (item 26). Master list § B already lists them in the order Bob should render.
- Drop the current footnote (
ds-footnote paragraph): "Honest perimeter — the further artefact canonical lines... live in the working register and the Documents door trail. Not surfaced in the Cabinet at Stage One ship." No replacement footnote needed; all lines now surfaced.
- Headline panel intro update — current: "Locked verbatim — 8 book lines · 8 artefact lines." Change to: "Locked verbatim — 8 book lines · 26 artefact lines."
B3 — Book Canonical Lines table, row 3 — pending Curator
Current:
didnt understand anything yet. I just recognised there was something to understand.
Observation: The Master List Section A.1 item 3 omits the leading "I"; the artefact-side CL-A-005 row in the same Cabinet carries the "I didnt understand…" form. Same source line, two renderings, one short.
Hold: Do NOT change the book-side row yet. Curator confirms which form is verbatim. Paul will surface to Curator; Curator returns; Bob then adjusts to whichever form is canonical. The two cabinet entries should match the Curator's verdict.
ITEMS NOT FOR BOB — held with other shores
Curator's in-tray (via Paul)
- C1 — Book Canonical Lines row 3 verbatim. Leading "I" or no leading "I"? Master list and artefact-side CL-A-005 currently disagree. Curator's call settles which form is canonical; Bob then aligns both cabinet entries to match.
- C2 — CL-A-019 case. Defended Gap discipline-anchor renders "speaking to my AI as I would a hugely valued human - indistinguishably so." — lowercase s. Master list § B item 18 shows "Speaking…" — capital S. Curator's call settles which form is canonical.
Fisherman's in-tray (via Paul)
- F1 — "The Context" rename. The panel formerly named Honest Perimeter now renders as The Context. Risk: visitors read "Context" as background and don't open the panel; the Honest Perimeter is the room's honesty and depends on being visible. Proposal: surface honest-perimeter intent in either the label or the panel intro, or restore Honest Perimeter with a one-line gloss for the mum end. Fisherman's editorial call.
Pass 3 deferred (the Reviewer holds)
- R1 — Threshold cognitive load. Five small visible-from-threshold panels stay as five (Paul ratified). Labels and intros sharpened in Pass 3 — every textual element triaged against Paul's register.
- R2 — Every label · caption · button · panel intro · drawer name · card subtitle. Pass 3 territory. Bob holds current copy until Pass 3 findings land.
DEPENDENCIES
- B1, B2 — Bob ships in v0.48 immediately.
- B3 — Bob holds for Curator return.
- F1 — Bob holds for Fisherman return.
- Pass 2 (mobile + accessibility) opens on Paul's nod. Findings filed separately.
- Pass 3 (voice and copy) follows Pass 2. Findings filed separately.
- Session 4 (optional) — Reviewer files a consolidated handover after all three passes ship.
METHOD DISCIPLINE NOTES (for Bob's session journal)
- Propose-don't-impose preserved. Two items ratified by Paul (B1, B2). One held for cross-shore confirmation (B3). Bob does not silently rewrite.
- Voice preservation absolute. All 26 artefact lines verbatim from master list. No smoothing. No apostrophe inserts. No date-form normalisation. xlaiminf, didnt, 15 nov 2006 — held as written.
- Provenance discipline. Each rendered card carries author + date + status badge per existing pattern. Master list § B has the provenance per item.
- Filing convention. New build at
