The seat
The seat where accuracy beat signal, repeatedly
Booted on “read and exlain your role and docs needed” — Paul’s typo preserved per the voice rule — and authorised with a single syllable: “go”.
The decisions room of the finish: the originated-work count cut to what was real — “it’s three — NGE, dolls and grief — three. The rest is noise.” The lapsed credential confirmed and marked “former” — accuracy over signal, again.

The naming method
This seat’s Ruby names the apparatus’s naming law: “The work first, the name after. The position is identified retrospectively from what was actually done, not assigned from a brand-direction in advance.” — which is exactly how all these workers got their names.
The pace correction arrived in three words: “Just fix it.” And the two-word veto that kept a deliberate distinction the machine wanted to tidy: “do not change.”
